| COE prices down across all categories |

COE prices have gone down marginally across all categories in December's second bidding exercise.
The biggest drop was for big cars, where the premium went down by over $1,000 to nearly $17,900.
The COE for small cars went down by around $350 to $18,150.
Similarly, the premium in the open category also fell by around $600 to nearly $17,900.
For commercial vehicles the COE is now at $17,900 and for motorcycles, $851.
