Police have arrested three teenaged boys believed to be involved in at least three cases of robbery in the Bukit Batok area.
The trio, aged between 13 and 15, allegedly committed their crimes last month.
It is believed they confronted their first victim, a 14-year old boy at a playground at Bukit Batok East Avenue 3 on 13th December.
They accused him of bullying one of their friends before leading him to nearby Block 287, where they allegedly assaulted the boy and took away his mobile phone before fleeing.
It is believed the trio targetted two other boys on Wednesday.
They allegedly assaulted their victims before making off with their mobile phones and wallets.
Officers from the Jurong Police Division conducted extensive investigations following these incidents and managed to establish the identity of one of the suspects.
They staked out at his known haunts and arrested him at the void deck of Block 252, Bukit Batok East Avenue 5 on Thursday.
The authorities then nabbed his two accomplices shortly after.
The trio will be charged at the Juvenile Court on Saturday.
If convicted, they could be sent to a boy's home for rehabilitation.
