In Boxing news,
Floyd Mayweather Junior's eagerly anticipated clash with Manny Pacquiao is off, because of a blood-testing dispute.
That's according to Manny's promoter, Bob Arum.
The scheduled welterweight bout to determine the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world, was scheduled to take place in Vegas in mid-March.
And yesterday, Mayweather's camp was told by Manny's people that the Filipino would not agree to extensive blood-testing in the 30 days prior to the fight.
Arum says, the dope-testing is not only intrusive but taking pints of blood a month before the fight, would affect Manny's preparations.
They also believe that this is a move for Mayweather to withdraw from the fight, which he never truly wanted in the 1st place.
