Magma German Wine Bistro offers a broad range of regional German dishes. Beside the familiar pork knuckles and sausages, Magma’s menu also contains unique dishes like Flammkuchen (German pizza), Sauerkraut, spicy Goulash soup, German sausages, and Hamburger Labskaus, a delicacy from northern Germany which comes with mashed potatoes, bacon, beetroot, fried egg, gherkin & Rollmops. Magma’s wine selection comes from all 13 wine regions of Germany. If you are not a wine lover (yet), they also offer a choice of eleven German beers, organic juices, excellent coffee and tea and other beverages.
