Enjoy New York deli-styled Americana cuisine at Iluma Mall's Empire State restaurant. The mushroom soup is fresh and chunky. The butternut squash soup is naturally sweet and savoury with the zesty bite of basil leaves. If you have the appetite of a garden-variety T-Rex, then attempt the massive Colossal Empire State burger, the size of a whole chicken. The oven-baked pizzas are refreshing in that the crust is a cross between pizza dough and puff pastry. Try the pepperoni  or mushroom pizza. Other dishes to consider: squid-ink pasta, the 12-inch hotdog sprinkled with generous toppings of New York-made cheese  and the succulent BBQ ribs dripping sweet and smoky BBQ sauce. To get your dessert fix, slurp on a frosty glass of Oreo milkshake or tuck into the heavenly Boston brownie bathed in thick chocolate sauce with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
